The Sphene Sunburst ring is an incredibly unique creation. Featuring a large rutile quartz held in a crown like claw setting, with needle like inclusions that disappear in differing light. Set on a split shank band, with two emerald accents. Through the rutile, lays sun rays bursting from the centre, disbursing from a sphene set within. Sphene's are colour changing stones, that flash yellow to green to red. A total light illusion, the entire design sings sun energy, a perfect piece for sunshine soul. All cast in 9 carat gold.

Sphene are a unique stone, with colourful flashes, and a higher light dispersion than a diamond. Known as a rare gemstone to gem collectors, for it holds more fire, flare and lustre than most stones.

This natural round-shaped, brilliant cut quartz measures 18.85mm in diameter x 5.25mm and weighs 16.368 carats. The two round brilliant cut emeralds are 2.80mm in diameter, weight total estimated weight of 0.15ct. The ring itself weighs 10.65 grams , and is currently a size P, but can be resized at no extra cost, if needed - just request upon purchase.

This design comes with its own Jewellery Valuers Company Ltd valuation for verification of the gems and metal quality for insurance purposes.
