I had my cat Poppy for 18 years, I watched her being born and I was there when she died. She had a fabulous long life with many stories to tell. I always had that feeling when I got home that she'd been out on adventures all day and had just arrived home in time to pretend she'd been doing nothing at all, just a kind of sneaky knowing look on her cute little face.
