Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a gift card. Our gift cards are digital and delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout (unless the physical gift card option is selected). 

 

NEW**  We can now provide blank gift cards for you to fill in your unique gift code! Make sure you select the option (at the top) and have the digital gift code emailed to yourself for reference, you can do this by simply clicking the "Add to cart" button. Please note that this is an add-on option available to courier within New Zealand only.

Scheduling a gift card internationally? When does it send?
Are you sending a digital gift card to someone internationally, like an Aunt in Australia?
When scheduling a gift card, we make sure to send it on the date you select, at the same hour you completed your purchase. 

For Example: "I am living in New Zealand, and I purchased a digital Gift Card on the 24th of December at 9:00 AM, scheduled to be sent on the 25th of December. This gift card is being sent to my Aunt in Melbourne, Australia."
The card will be sent on the 25th of December at 9:00 AM New Zealand Time. Your Aunt in Australia will receive it at 07:00 AM Melbourne, Australia Time.

Why do we only send blank, physical gift cards?
We do this to protect you from possible theft in case your gift card goes missing in transit.

Your physical gift card will be sent using signature tracked courier, you will receive a tracking link once our courier collects your parcel.

Why haven't I received my digital gift card yet?
Occasionally our emails may make their way to your spam or junk folders, if you are using Gmail it may just appear in your promotion folder. You or the receiver should receive your gift card as soon as it's placed, or around the time it's scheduled for. If you or the receiver still can not locate the gift card please get in touch and we can push it through again.
